mtmconsulting was established in 1984 to be the leading educational business consultancy specialising in strategies for schools and colleges.

We were one of the first consultancies to focus on the education sector and we have a proven track record of success. Since then we have worked with over 500 education groups, large and small, independent and maintained. Our world-class expertise has also allowed us to work on business management consultancy for curriculum providers, chains of schools and private investors in education.

Whilst we know the sector inside out, we refuse to be constrained by sector norms in our thinking. We are a learning, growing, ‘can do’ organisation, constantly researching new ideas and learning from outside the sector.

The company’s head office is in Southwold, on the North Suffolk coast, with a base in the Barbican in London. Our consultants are based across the UK and work worldwide.
