I read something one another blog site, http://businessadmincollege.com- that on average, students in online learning conditions performed better than those receiving face-to-face instruction. The US Department of Education reported that in their Meta-Analysis and Review of Online Learning Studies. So, it may not be that classes need more students- but that classes need to reform their teaching styles so that kids can better retain their lessons. Maybe public and private schools alike should themselves take lessons from their cyberspace counterparts.
